Here's POTUS schedule from one source for October 28 2017. Not too detailed.
Don't know how long the drive is back from the golf course, especially at OTR speeds which will be slower … I wonder if POTUS posted Q 1 from the car on that specific drive?
Just thinking as we go, sorry this wasn't all wrapped together into one post
Looking at the potus_schedule tweet, that not only pointed to the date Q 1 was posted, it ALSO emphasized "off the record - no fanfare" — and a perfect description of Q is an "off the record" conveyance of information from POTUS and close associates (as in, not attributable as quotes or claims to any indiviudal.) The Q program is "off the record".

Unsure of "how did you get from OTR to OCT quesiton" - here's the synopsis:

POTUS_Schedule posted a follow-up explaining what OTR means, with a link to an example YouTube video showing an OTR motorcade
Video showed POTUS motorcade on afternoon of Oct 28, 2017
Exact time of the video was only 29 minutes before Q 1 was posted
The current post on POTUS_Schedule pointing (now) to POTUS activities on that specific date and time (when Q 1 was posted) is an interesting coincidence
Suggests we may want to look at POTUS activities that afternoon. Or since we know POTUS = Q+ and POTUS_Schedule is telling us that POTUS was in a slow motorcade at that time, maybe it's a hint that POTUS posted Q 1 on that drive?
