POTUS_Schedule posted a follow-up explaining what OTR means (Off The Record travel - no fanfare), with a link to an example YouTube video showing an OTR motorcade

Video showed POTUS motorcade on afternoon of Oct 28, 2017

Exact time of the video was only 29 minutes before Q 1 was posted

The current post on POTUS_Schedule pointing (now) to POTUS activities on that specific date and time (when Q 1 was posted) is an interesting coincidence

While the POTUS_Schedule post was informative about OTR, there is no obvious reason why it was necessary to post such an illustrative video at all, when a written description would have sufficed (increasing the change that the video is a clue)

Suggests we may want to look at POTUS activities that afternoon. Or since we know POTUS = Q+ and POTUS_Schedule is telling us that POTUS was in a slow motorcade at that time, maybe it's a hint that POTUS posted Q 1 on that drive?

Yes, that from pb is what brought my attention back to the OTR tweet

I agree with the op that there was likely a message in the use of that video. I thought the message "pays to flip off Trump's motorcade" was less likely (the newspaper article was contemporaneous to the incident a year ago.) Thus the timing seemed like a more likely message, and I followed up with the graphic on that trail. Just my weighing of the odds on that one.
