Does Fredrick know who Q is and is he getting ready to "spill the beans" all over this LARP?
If you read between the lines, it sounds like Brennan knows who Q is, and that Q doesn't respond spontaneously as much as what Anons think.
Whoever Q is already draws a script (especially during this "shutdown/dark" periods of time) and then relays those scripts to CM to be approved and then they are released to Anons.
