I posted a response earlier today which I'll post again. POTUS and PALS are not going to do anything DUBIOUS or UNCONSTITUTIONAL because that would violate the law. He has to show that rule of law applies equally to everybody. Besides, the hounds of hell would pounce on him in an instant if he does ANYTHING that isn't lawful.
