Interesting. I tried that URL, and it was fine. Then I tried clicking on the 440 from within that page, and still got the 404. So, something's amiss over there.

That would be my guess. qresearch was partially working during the outage. The ways it did work were kind of weird.
Last time I looked at a 4chan board, it was a lot cleaner than here.
