no big deal… it's just california stealing taxpayer money to give people free healthcare who are not eligible. much of it was knowingly given to ineligible recipients. its ONLY a billion dollars (of federal taxes we paid) for a single year of healthcare for ineligible recipients.

the OIG recommended that california actually verify that applicants have permanent lawful residency… their response "we disagree".

just another example of california willfully stealing from american citizens to provide for illegal invaders. illegal invaders are critically important though… they pick strawberries.
