How the fuck would you know? Why did the FBI take the case over once the police "found a body" ? The Murderer confessed yet no a arrest. FBI won't tell the family shit. He's a CI. Iv'e seen it. This is exactly how they operate. Fake a death then go under cover and shun the family. It's a sacrifice.

I think the guy was a CI. The local sheriff never wanted to investigate the murder. The family had to hire a private investigator. The cops only got involved when the locals held up the murder and forced him to tell where the body was. They found a body and forced the police to get involved. The local sheriff acts like he is hiding something. The feds got involved and the family still hasn't gotten any help or confirmation that it was him. Never arrested the murder even though he confessed to 8 people and took them to the body. The murderer was even shot by the locals and taken to the hospital. I'll give you one guess who the authorities did go after though.
