I had the same questions this morning and that is why I made the potential "black eye" protection comment from Q connection - that got me thinking about the TR3B sightings WW this past week. And that makes me wonder if the NY transformer was allowed to happen… just speculation and we may never know. But I no longer believe in coincidences.
