That's what I think of when POTUS tweets Open Wound.
The apparent Spanish AF planes over CONUS are NOT noteworthy or interesting. You are looking at different a transponder encoding standard that always makes Spanish planes appear to be located in or near Oxnard, California – sometimes dozens one on top of another. They are NOT in California, they are somewhere in Europe.
