In a pb, someone posted clip of film, when black/white inverted film interrupted some Fox News HRC report.

Did anyone do an analysis of it at the time? Managed to pull a screengrab from it…. Inverting the image appears to show image of someone with ballgag in mouth? Was anything else noted?
