Spanish planes showing in that area is a known data anomaly in how plane positions are reported, the planes are not there
Looking more into the past thread, when John Wayne Airport came up, someone pointed out that's not near Oxnard CA (other side of Los Angeles, maybe 60 miles away.) And on that occasion the planes appeared lined up on the runway.
So this seems most likely a data anomaly, but those watching the transponder positions might watch for patterns in behavior that align to local landmarks and runways, just in case.
