Recently watched embedded video about Mind Kontrol, MK Ultra et al. Three hours long, but worth a watch if interested.
Toward the 2nd half of the documentary, they touch upon SUBPROJECT119 of MK ULTRA, which involved remote control of behavior by stimulating parts of the lower brain in subjects. It also showcased how one could control the dilation of pupils, with multiple examples of monkeys with the "shooter eyes" we so commonly see.
I feel like this is a connection, along with the pharma drugs they push, to the shooters, intel terror assets, "Jason Bourne (Deep Dream)".
