Evidence obtained via a hack is inadmissible in court…doh. IF the evidence is already in the hands of proper parties releasing it won't make it inadmissible if it's already been admitted as exhibits…however releasing it and letting the public SEE it…well now..wouldn't that make a trial more likely.
