Alrighty, edited the ? out of the bush one, and then modified the Five eyes to be more 'hip and relevant'. Adding the DPRK missile shoop I made for someone earlier for ammo.

Going to work on a Stuxnet one, because normies should know that Israel / US weaponized malware.

Good plan, time to put the kettle on and make a cup of tea.

Anyone want some photoshoops doing for more ammo?

If so, throw me the sauce and I'll work on some.

Add a little black around the white text to make it pop and it'll be golden! If you're using paint, you can achieve this by making the text black first, then adding the white over the top slightly off center.

Technically, it should be Al Ba as Aluminum has the atomic number 13, and Barium 56. So I could say that Jessica Alba is responsible for bad weather because the two elements reportedly used in geo-engineering are the same as her last name?

My understanding was that the system was automated too. The scenario you shared is highly plausible, but on the same hand could be a LARP.

I'd keep that screenshot for the next Baker, get them to add it into the batter if it's not up there. Nice find.

Just looking into some more of Loop Capitals arrangements, and I stumbled across one of their "Deals" PDF'sโ€ฆ

Sounds a bit fishy to meโ€ฆ Like toxic debts.

Alrighty, so I think I just found one company responsible for the economic catastrophe in Ireland, a company managed by Loop Capital called New York Life Global Fundingโ€ฆ.

Looking at their "Deals" there is some SERIOUS fucking money going around.

"November 6th, 2017

On November 6, 2017, Loop Capital Markets acted as a co-manager on a $7.0 billion, six-tranche, senior unsecured bond offering of Apple Inc. The notes are rated Aa1/AA+, across 30-year, 10-year, 8-year, 6-year, 3-year and 2-year tenors.

Apple Inc. intends to use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes."

The list is fucking endless! There's more money than most nations have being pushed around by these fuckers.

Just in case financial mumbo jumbo goes over your head.

"Bond tranches can be secured or unsecured. Secured tranches are backed by an asset, whereas unsecured tranches are not. Tranches can also be senior or subordinated. Subordinated debt will absorb losses before senior debt does."

So basically, from my limited scope of knowledge in financial instruments, this company is basically creating bond tranches (Debt) which isn't backed by anything, and then selling it?

Can someone confirm this?

That's a hot negative, the plot was:

  1. Dad gets shot down over intl waters.

  2. Kid wants to fly jets, comes up with rescue mission.

  3. Somehow get 2 fully armed F16's

  4. ?

  5. Profit.

Hey Diggers!!

I need help looking into these Bond Tranches issued by Loop Capital.

I'm getting triggered for some reason. I recall 2005 toxic debt conversations on Russia Today, on the Kaiser report. Lots of these assets are what caused the financial collapse, seem unregulated, kinda a ponzi scheme to me.

Anyone else working on this?

Anonymous ID: bc97b3 Jan. 14, 2018, 4:34 a.m. No.46157   ๐Ÿ—„๏ธ.is ๐Ÿ”—kun

I'm digging through financial documents from some Loop Capital firmsโ€ฆ Check this shit out, I'm getting triggered reading it, and wanted to share.

"While Morgan Stanley was advised by counsel that such laws should not apply to the issuance of the Notes and that the California Department of Insurance has generally concurred with such conclusion, Californiaโ€™s Regulatory Confirmation did not cover this issue with respect to Notes that may be issued under the Program. Accordingly, there can be no assurance that the purchase,

resale, transfer or assignment of the Notes will not subject the parties to such transaction to regulation or enforcement proceedings under the insurance laws of one or more Covered Jurisdictions. Such a proceeding could result in fines, penalties and other civil and criminal enforcement actions, and could prohibit the transfer or effectiveness of the Notes without compliance with appropriate insurance licensing and other laws. Furthermore, Morgan Stanley did not request or obtain any interpretations of the insurance laws of any jurisdiction other than the Covered Jurisdictions"

So basically, they're using $13 billion to con people, and possibly incriminate them? I'm a layman, and this shit sounds real off to me.
