Thanks, frens.

Now watching the presidential aircraft and it went off the radar after deviating away from the Florida coast. Now it reappeared but slightly west from its previous position?

Of course they can spoof the ADSB transponder data.

Now its position changed back to the original course/position with the previous track disappeared.

Worth watching.

So here's flight history for this aircraft

dated 12/31 and 1/1/19. (I don't know what time zone ADSB uses for their history data; possibly U.K. since that's where the radar centers if you default all the settings).

Set your local system time to EST and then it will show you EST if you uncheck "relative time". You're asking to do something the 8ch software doesn't support (arbitrary time zone).

Agree, was at cruising speed & altitude.

The ADSB receiver network is crowd sourced and so if it strays far enough from the coast there won't be anything to receive the ADSB signal and relay the position info to the ADSB server.

But yeah, they certainly might have just turned the transponder off.

Def did NOT land.
