At first, I assumed Pence was sitting close to KJU's sister as a means of coordinating a plan for upcoming moves to free NK… But, something still seemed a bit off about it.
I'm leaning more toward the idea that Pence was actually serving as a sort of emergency contact/coordinator after comms were taken out in that building in China. I kind of hope I am wrong - but look at how ready the dems have been to impeach Trump. Some have suggested that Pence could just pardon Trump if he were impeached… But this assumes Pence is dedicated to that end.
There is a SEAD strategy called "Wild Weasel" - it is largely out of practice these days because of satellite intel and stealth aircraft … But back in the day, one aircraft would fly at mid altitude to draw tracks from SAM sites. One at a higher or lower altitude (outside of engagement envelope or below radar horizon) would then fire an anti-radiation missile at the tracking radar as the aircraft serving as "bait" pops chaff, flares, and finds God a very appropriate subject.
Trump's campaign drew all kinds of tracking radars onto him.
