Can Trump adjourn congress at this point?

After all we have learned since Q began posting in Oct 2017 and Clintons' vast crimes have been discussed by Q - I keep wondering if Obama already pardoned her for any crimes she could be prosecuted for before he left office.
Is it possible that the Q team pushing against her so she'll respond with a new crime so that she can be prosecuted? I have to believe Obama already pardoned her.
