Sleep is the most important aspect of health. If need be, change your sleeping hours: Sleep whenever you feel like it. Over the counter sleep-aids are shite. Marijuana is best but if it ain't your thang, then find a cough syrup intended to be taken before bedtime. Try not to take the syrup for more than 3 days in a row. Give it a rest for at least a day and carry on. This gives your liver a rest. Sleep is the best medicine for ALL ailments โ psychologically & physically.
