Sleep is the most important aspect of health. If need be, change your sleeping hours: Sleep whenever you feel like it. Over the counter sleep-aids are shite. Marijuana is best but if it ain't your thang, then find a cough syrup intended to be taken before bedtime. Try not to take the syrup for more than 3 days in a row. Give it a rest for at least a day and carry on. This gives your liver a rest. Sleep is the best medicine for ALL ailments โ€“ psychologically & physically.

Blair signs away Britain's sovereignty

PM Tony Blair has solemnly signed the European constitution today, handing over yet more of Britain's sovereignty to Brussels.

Just hours earlier, Foreign Secretary Jack Straw said the British people would not be given a say on the treaty until early 2006.

 

EU leaders gathered in Rome to sign the first constitution, but the planned celebration of unity is turning into a crisis meeting over the failure to agree the line-up of a new policy-making Commission.

 

The treaty will hand power over vast swathes of British policy to Brussels bureaucrats, but Mr Blair has defended it with claims that it gives more power to nation states and is essential to streamline decision making in an enlarged EU of 25 members.

 

The treaty will have a devastating impact on virtually every aspect of our lives, from foreign policy to fundamental human rights, our asylum policy and the economy.
