Remember the video of the naked guy climbing out of Buckingham Palace.
It was determined to be a 'hoax' because the windows in the 'hoax' video are not the same windows on that side of Buckingham Palace from which the man 'escaped'.
Basically, it is being said that the hoaxer shopped the action of a man escaping into a video of Buckingham Palace, but he was careless or inaccurate because the windows the man escaped from do not match.
It would make more sense to me that the video was altered in a way that changed the windows so it could be called a hoax.

why would Buckingham Palace not comment on the video.
Clearly something has been altered on the video because the windows are not the same.
The girls in the video obviously see something that is out of the ordinary. Why else laugh in surprise?
