You've made a good overview of the emotional predjudices used to validate law, but law must be based on truth, logic and justice, none of these three things are subject to emotional bias.
Logically, if a fetus is not aborted before birth, then a human is born. If a fetus does not exist to be aborted, then no human is born.
Therefore, pregnancy is the root and proven cause of human life, and an uninterrupted pregnancy produces living humans.
If all humans are protected under our constitution, then all humans have rights, and children have minor status in the law, but are not considered property, and are instead under guardianship of adults, assumed to be protective.
The law does not change due to subjective motives.
