M&P is a pretty common, affordable civilian pistol, but not ghetto-tier, he could've got it anywhere. Story claims stolen from a house in Vidor, could be a cop's house, private security, or regular citizen. Interesting how this guy was so out of it (NOT THE WEED IMO) he ended up with a gun stolen in Vidor all the way in Seguin.
