This is the case about the guy being held in Iraq since Sept. 2017 that has not had his name released and he’s said they’ve denied him counsel, etc.
This order is the result of a June 2018 protective order. Mattis shared sensitive information with the detainee, and the protective order is to make sure that info is not seen by other. Hence the order to destroy.
