Anons, this is the final and determinative analysis of what went down at 41's "funeral" with W, Laura, Jeb and @POTUS. As you can see, Dubya ALWAYS had the papers which he slipped to Laura who then showed them to Jeb. The SS agent DID NOT hand them to Dubya or Laura. Rather, POTUS and W glance at each other and @POTUS signals that it's time to show Laura what W had been holding at his side the entire time. You will also see W writing something on the papers before he slips it to Laura. W never looked at the papers because he was given them by @POTUS the day before at the Blair House or when the Bushes visited the WH later in the evening to "view the Christmas decorations". Whatever he was given the day before he didn't share with anyone in view of Laura and Jeb's shock at seeing them for the first time at the funeral.
