It occurs to me that there is a way that the Democrats could win in 2024:

1) give Trump MORE than he is asking for the wall and help him reduce the size of the government while rapidly confirming his nominations for courts, etc.

2) ditch the old guard (attrition is too slow) but DON'T replace them with the newer / crazier versions … clearly move toward a moderate viewpoint

3) be generally accommodating through 2023, especially with regard to expelling those illegally here already and reducing the tax and regulatory burden

4) run Cortez … she's the most moderate crazy and way hotter than Beto-juice.
