Why would POTUS put a question mark at the end of "Let's make a deal?" If he were making a statement, it would end in a period.

You really don't know about him playing the part of Vincent Fusca? He's been at many of POTUS's rallies, sitting behind him. He's dressed up like POTUS, he's dressed in the same suit/tie as POTUS. He's dressed up like Mark Twain. He's alive and at some point will show the world.
