There's disturbing news coming out of Abilene, Texas after local police in cooperation with federal agencies raided an alleged homosexual pedophile's home, which led to three illegal aliens being arrested as part of an ongoing investigation into those believed responsible for child rape and child pornography production.
44-year-old Juan Flores, 26-year-old Enrique Rosales, and 30-year-old Oscar Flores are now in federal custody pending criminal charges against them for immigration violations, the San Angelo Live website reports.
According to local news affiliate KTAB/KRBC Big Country Homepage, the Federal Bureau of Investigation worked on cooperation with the Abilene Police Department along with the oversight of the Department of Homeland Security after a child victim was brutally raped by a suspect that the FBI calls an “undocumented Mexican immigrant.”

Google wins lawsuit, can continue to use facial recognition tech on users without consent
A federal judge has thrown out a lawsuit that alleged Google’s nonconsensual use of facial recognition technology violated users’ privacy rights, allowing the tech giant to continue to scan and store their biometric data.
The lawsuit, filed in 2016, alleged that Google violated Illinois state law by collecting biometric data – as biologically unique to users as fingerprints – without their consent. The data was harvested from their pictures stored on Google Photos.
The plaintiffs wanted more than $5 million in damages for “hundreds of thousands” of users affected, arguing that the unauthorized scanning of their faces was a violation of the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act, which completely outlaws the gathering of biometric information without consent.
Google countered that the plaintiffs were not entitled to any compensation, as they had not been harmed by the data collection. On Saturday, US District Judge Edmond E. Chang sided with the tech giant, ruling that the plaintiffs had not suffered any “concrete harm,” and dismissing the suit.
As well as allowing Google to continue the practice, the ruling could have implications for other cases pending against Facebook and Snapchat. Both companies are currently being sued for violating the Illinois act.
Amid rising alarm from privacy activists, biometric scanning has become ever more ubiquitous in recent years. The technology has been deployed at American airports, Russian railroads, and by British police – despite being unreliable and unregulated in most jurisdictions.
Facial recognition can be used to identify faces in crowds from CCTV footage, track the movements of people on public transport networks, and monitor public places for wanted criminals. In Ireland, the technology has found a quainter and less Orwellian use, where it is used to track and monitor the moo-vements of dairy cows.

Germany, UK Call on WADA to Penalise Russia Over Anti-Doping Code Violations
The National Anti-Doping Agency of Germany (NADA) has called on the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) to declare the Russian Anti-Doping Agency’s (RUSADA) non-complaint with the World Anti-Doping Code.
"We believe that Russian sports does not meet WADA requirements. So we think that if WADA is consistent, then RUSADA should be declared non-compliant with the [World] Anti-Doping Code after the Compliance Review Committee [CRC] session, which will be held on January 14-15. A clear position of WADA is important for protection of "clean" athletes," Andrea Gotzmann, NADA chair, said on Tuesday, as quoted by German newspaper Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung.
The UK Anti-Doping Athlete Commission has also called on WADA to reinstate RUSADA's non-compliance.
"The Russian state need to prove unequivocally that they have learned from the biggest doping scandal under Wada’s watch, and that they will from this date forward be committed to a drug-free, transparent regime across international sport. Otherwise the Wada compliance review committee and the Wada executive committee must now immediately declare Rusada non-compliant," the commission said in a statement quoted by UK media.
In 2015, WADA accused Russia of multiple doping violations and declared RUSADA non-compliant with the World Anti-Doping Code. Russian officials have refuted the allegations of the state-run doping program, while admitting that Russian sports did have some issues with doping abuse.
On September 20, 2018, the great majority of the WADA Executive Committee voted to reinstate RUSADA as an organization that complies with the World Anti-Doping Code, while stressing that WADA could reinstate RUSADA's non-compliance if the Russian agency failed to give WADA access to the data and samples of Moscow anti-doping laboratory, which was at the heart of the doping scandal, by December 31, 2018.
Since the deadline has not been met, WADA said in a statement on Tuesday that the CRC would present recommendations to the WADA Executive Committee on the status of RUSADA after its January session.
