Election fraud is being headed by DHS. Q posted a section of the draft report a few days ago. The portion he shared indicated that it would be submitted to WH/DOJ along with State and Local agencies at some point in March.
The NSA connection to this was dropped by Dilley - referred to "NSA Core records" - and the popular vote numbers he leaked were:

We don't know yet if those numbers are what what actually observed as part of the investigation, or whether that's an extrapolated nationwide value based on the limited sample size of the 22 counties that DHS (and NSA?) examined.
In any event, future proves past, and it appears we don't have to wait that long.
