Palestinian Incitement to Kill and Hate Americans

Does anyone have better reports of the PLO declaring the USA to be the enemy? All of the bad guys are pro-PLO. It's a pattern. If we can solidly catch them declaring war, with many examples, it can give the feds legal grounds to do a lot of things.
