Is MEMEX a DARPA tool for "total control"?

MEMEX is purportedly some secret DARPA tool being developed to access the Deep Web; always it's touted as a method for finding child traffickers. Hmmm. What else can it be used for??

My interest arises out of Jonathon Morgan's boast that he has been "involved" in this project. That means it's likely to be highly creepy because he's highly creepy. ZeroHedge confirms: "The CEO and co-founder of New Knowledge, Jonathon Morgan, had previously worked for DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency), the U.S. military’s advanced research agency known for horrific ideas on how to control humanity.

Is that what MEMEX is about? Could be–it was developed under Obama. Are we "safe" now that DJT is POTUS? Hard to know, because there's no Pizzagate-style expose of MEMEX–just a few dark comments. It seems like it mostly "disappeared" during the last two years. Where did it go?

I came to post this question about MEMEX as an extension on the Jonathan Morgan digg. I was surprised I'd never heard of it. When I got into the QResearch index, there wasn't much there, either–except for comments from one anon that I included on the attached post.

Since Q group focuses so much on stopping sex trafficking, I wondered why there was no info on MEMEX, which is touted particularly as a tool for finding sex traffickers on the Deep Web. Strange.

The anon wrote discussed MEMEX last April wrote something about Google total control. MEMEX is a DARPA project; we know that Google and DARPA are linked. And we know the kind of stuff that Google is up to.

When I found Jonathon Morgan was involved, it made my skin crawl. I wanted to share this so people would know about it. Or want to digg on it.

I've asked myself whether this topic strays too far from the original Q post I was digging on (on the Alabama scandal). That digg leads to some pretty dark places. I'm not sure how far it's useful go, for our purposes here. But since Q hasn't posted……
