Guess that someone at FB is dumping via the pre-arranged trading plans ala naughty jack with SQ on Dec, 19th.
Although these charts FB and NAS look similar at first glance, FB did not have much of a gap down on open. Easier to control a single equity than an entire index linked to all of the stocks in it.
