No new congress, recess appointments galore, MSM kvetching about how POTUS is a facist tyrant dictator keeping congress from being sworn in. Mass protests and riots, etc.
But it all depends on if the new congress can swear in when govt is (partially) shutdown. Not a lawfag, but curious. Don’t even know where to look for an answer on that.
