Eric worked as a federal and state prosecutor for 17 years. He served as lead government counsel in more than 100 state and federal jury trials. Since joining Reed Smith, he has litigated criminal and civil jury trials relating to the FCPA, economic espionage, theft of trade secrets and obstruction of justice. He has represented numerous clients in securities enforcement and FCPA matters.
