Last week, a brave California police officer was ~~allegedly~~ murdered
by an illegal alien the day after Christmas, leaving behind a wife and
5 month old son. Officer Singh immigrated LEGALLY – and his
American Dream was stolen by someone who broke into our
country ILLEGALLY. We mourn over this heartbreaking loss.
We must also close border security loopholes that have produced a
record surve of illegal immigrant minors. 100,000 illegal minors are
on pace to arrive in the first 6 months of the fiscal year.
This humanitarian disaster is driven by Activist Court Rulings and
misguided laws that incentivize the smuggling of illegal immigrants
under the age of 18 – putting children in harm's way.
A 9th Circuit Ruling prevents the detention of families with minors
until they can be removed – leading to a huge increase in illegal
immigrants traveling with children. Congress can easily solve the
problem by nullifying the ruling and terminating the so-called
"Flores Settlement Agreement."
Furthermore, Congress must amend a ???? (????) law known as the
Trafficking Victims Protection(F????) Reauthorization Act, or TVPRA (TRF?RA?). The
TVFRA prevents the prompt repatriation of unaccompanied alien
minors – instead, they are in??itized?? in the U.S., affairs with the same
illegal immigrant relatives who paid to have them smuggled. This
has created a lucrative business model for victims, coyotes
who ???? alien ??????? ????? for ????? glaring ????? in America's
p???? and legal ???????. Congress must f???? b???? security
