The setup doesn't even seem plausible. It seems the military was considering a coup during the Obama administration, and as a fallback if HRC won in 2016. So if the situation sours, I believe the military would take care of business themselves instead of calling on the public to go vigilante. They've gone to such lengths to keep the domestic situation civil, they wouldn't turn on a dime like that. So, if someone says that, I would believe that it's Not Q.
