Expending ammunition…

Excerpt: "With Jeff Flake no longer in the Senate, John McCain no longer on this earth, and Lindsey Graham no longer Lindsey Graham, it now falls upon Romney to champion the cause of principled conservatism in Washington in opposition to Trump’s hucksterism and populism. His Post op-ed suggests he is off to a good start." ~Max Boot

>Silica rich mineral water can reduce the Aluminium in your body

>silica is used to make plant cell tough. I had no idea it could remove aluminum?

>Silicic acid as in silicon rich water binds with ALU and is secreted only then.

>No other way for the body to remove ALU

Magnesium is far more important than silica in protecting against aluminium toxicity

Vaccines aside, one of the reasons that we are seeing more aluminium toxicity not only in humans, but also in crops is because we have depleted our soils of magnesium by over farming.

The problem with silica is that under certain pH conditions it can form an insoluble salt that can't be removed. In fact, many of the senile deposits in Alzheimer are composed of aluminium silicate (see attached paper)
