I'll paste what we have recorded in the planefagging spreadsheet.
My point being, even if there were DC prisoners headed to Gitmo, it's quite possible they'd be taken by land transport to Chambers Field in Norfolk, VA,
Andrew, Manassas, Patuxent, etc. and put on one of the regularly scheduled Gitmo flights.
