I suspect it is be being used to "legally" get some things done. A "loophole" shutdown empowering POTUS.
We suspect all sorts of things are habbening but not covered by MSM. Maybe they are kinds of things MSM WOULD actually cover if POTUS didn't somehow legally silence them? Media blackout on war-footing classified ops? Rounding up 66k people? I dunno.
One of the things I've gotten out of Q referencing this speech so many times is that as "awake" as I think I am, it took NUMEROUS times for me reading/listening to this to get that… "OH SHIT, HE MEANS IT!"
We're SOOOOOO used to ALL politicians casting the SPELL of saying stuff they don't mean and will never do that we've literally been programmed to hear this stuff and not comprehend. As much as I understand every word of this, it takes a level of discernment or revelation that it's difficult to comprehend NEEDING until it actually HAPPENS to you!
