Theory - Sanctions are coming November 4 is POTUS trolling the cabal for not doing audits

 

The Single Audit Act is 2 CFR 200

 

Certifying Officers have liability under the false claims act (whistleblower) if they fail to follow 2 CFR 200 requirements.

 

Whistelblower cases are sealed for 60 days minimum. Today is day 59 from NOVEMBER 4 [ POTUS NEW 'SANCTIONS ARE COMING NOVEMBER 4 ]

How glorious would it be for all of the sealed court documents to be False Claims cases against these certifying officers and they are about to be unsealed?!!!!
