if mass arrests are what it takes, it really is not going to work… more likely riots/civil war
if the Senate committee picks up where the House committee left off and declassification moves forward, that will wake a lot of them up
indictments can't be unsealed and arrests made and prosecution in Federal court can't begin, because the Federal Judges are corrupt and the US Attorneys are corrupt, so no convictions would occur
it will have to wait until military tribunals are convened
