to the anon rudely demanding an answer to whether McConnell convened or not. Yes he did. In his politically correct way he convened and said fuck you to Dems

>>4572149 I make changes to your concept. at 12:00:01 send those out who need to be re-sworn in for the 116th or no longer serving. Then lock the doors. No opinion yet whether we feed them or not

>>4572246 correct but a little more. If McConnell did gavel in today then he has nothing on the schedule for tomorrow. Meaning , he had no intentions of gaveling in until noon when they end the 115th. The last gavel in was 10am 31st as pro forma ( formality only) at 10:01 on or before the 3rd he would have needed to gavel in to stop POTUS from recess appointments. If he didn't get an agreement to conduct some form of business before noon then he would not have called senate to order. He has an agreement so he must call the senate to order before noon to confirm the agreed upon nominations

McConnell has not been willing to use the nuclear option because it is a card you can only use once. He has the power to use it and the Dems know it. He won't waste it but he will hang it over their heads for as long as he can. Once he uses it, it is gone forever.

has any anon made a list of the elections that were called into question? What were the words in the EO that called for DHS to provide election security report? I know it was 45 days but 45 days from when? House and Senate can only exclude people if there is evidence of election problems. They have to seat them if no evidence exists. Dems are threatening to not seat NC Congressman. Projection is what I see and where there is smoke……

>>4572597 it appears from a news article that anon posted that he did gavel in. The clock restarted at that time. He is calling for business tomorrow to confirm the agreed on appointments. I think anons are hoping for recess appointments so the info is not going down smoothly. McConnell held the power to NOT gavel in unless Schumer agreed. If Schumer didn't agree then McConnell had a blank schedule. The blank schedule meant POTUS received the power to appoint all 350 nominees at 10:00:01 tomorrow. Schumer instead agreed to a certain amount so McConnell gaveled in. McConnell took Schumer's word that he will pass the confirmations tomorrow at a time before 11:59:59. If Schumer didn't agree then POTUS would have to name each and every one of them all over again and start the process from scratch. Everything ends at noon. It's all dead. Getting Schumer to agree on some was a brilliant move and a power play. Schumer had 2 choices. 1 agree to what I say or 2. face recess appointments of ALL 350
