In the first cabinet meeting of 2019, POTUS is signaling something us anons already know. See the first part of his comment about the Vatican:

" Look, look, when they say the wall's IMMORAL, well then, they gotta do something about the VATICAN. The VATICAN has the BIGGEST [immoral] wall of them all."

Vatican = immoral

Vaticans biggest wall of them all = more immoral than them all
