Okay anons, maybe someone can clarify something for me.

Had a talk with a guy at work, who is a Regimental Ranger. That means actual specops, for the less military anons. Other than joking (?) about reporting me for the questions I asked, he said that the UCMJ only applies to military.

Can someone direct me to clear sauce on how it actually could apply to traitor civilians?

Also, in case he reports me, I'd like to ask the NSA for a job, since they're already watching all of us.

Thanks much

o7

Cheers, anon. Minor lapse in memory.

So if there are enemy combatants who are also US citizens, how would the jurisdiction work? Would the FBI/DHS get them, as Ranger Rick thinks, or would military be able to do it with no threat of a jurisdictional argument scrubbing their case?
