The hacker group claiming to have 911 secrets is now receiving BTC in small amounts.

According to their 'pay plan', they received enough to release some 'Level I' documents… lets see what happens.

P.S. at least one of the transactions is coming from a Segwit account (e.g. sidechain) which makes tracking the owner of the BTC almost impossible.
