Seriously? When this happened (pic related), in our country [EU] (((they))) started aggressively kidnap children in our country via "child right" abuse. In less than 2 months about 2000 children was separated from family for "child right" abuse. It is SICK. They are EVERYWHERE.
Good question, I don't have answer to this, but, be sure, I know what is happening in our country. And I see when things go "not normal" way. As Q told, everything is connected, who knows, maybe FM controls such institutions like Barnevernet.
