To have 5,800 troops sitting around just twiddling their thumbs would not be good for morale. I do suppose that they are gainfully employed making preparations for the construction of a suitable barrier.

When patience is no longer an option I hope the POTUS will instruct the Army Engineers to put their good skills into practice and provide the security at the border that the people of the USA have demanded.
