Struck me as a Constitutional dereliction of duty. POTUS wants to bring leadership into a SCIF to get intel on a matter of National Security. Hypothetically, could be intel of an attempt to smuggle a Davy Crockett via the Southern Border. Had to be sensitive to require a SCIF.
