My family and I recently went to a relatives funeral who was Catholic. We are not Catholic but most of the relatives are. During communion only Catholics in good standing were invited to come forward and partake. Very few did, most of my relatives who I know are Catholic, stayed seated. I think this is very telling of everything as a whole.
