"Campbell, a resident of Delaware who remains hospitalized in critical condition with up to 20 stab wounds, is facing criminal charges in connection with the three deaths. Cops have not been able to confirm that his stab wounds were self-inflicted, but found a knife in his vehicle that was "covered in blood," according to NBC 10."
"Now instead of getting excited and planning a wedding, we're starting to make arrangements for a funeral," Ferry's cousin and country music singer Payton Taylor told NBC 10. "And that's just the hardest. We're all still in shock."
Taylor, who appeared on "American Idol" last year, told the station that Ferry was her bass player during her first show.
