Lawfags, and any anons with Pacer access - need your input on this, please. I was reading comments under an article on CTH, and found this. I've wondered about our list of sealed court proceedings that are now over 70K, but I personally have no way of vetting the information. See the email this commenter says he got from Pacer and let us know what you think. Here is a link to the article. The following was a reply to another comment.

Oh, they are now called “closed” indictments, not “sealed indictments.” You people keep saying these Cabal Members are going to be charged under JAG courts and Martial Law. You do not need indictments to bring charges under martial law and try in drum head courts martial.

Besides, these are not INDICTMENTS in PACER. They are sealed CASES, which can be:

1. CIVIL cases (no indictments involved).

2. BANKRUPTCIES (no indictments involved)

3. APPEALS CASES (indictments already unsealed)

4. CASES INVOLVING MINORS (always sealed)

It is IMPOSSIBLE, using PACER, to ascertain the exact number of sealed indictments. It is IMPOSSIBLE!! The number 72,000 is GROSSLY OVERSTATED as you CANNOT determine the number of SEALED indictments using PACER.

I realize that, with the Democrats holding the House, dominating the MSM, Academia, and the governments of two of the most populous states (New York and California) that there is a desire to find some kind of life preserver. Misstating the number of “sealed” or “closed” indictments is not going to do that. Now, what follows is the email I received from PACER months ago proving the number you quoted is false and CANNOT be accurate. If this number continues to be used it is no longer a mistake or misunderstanding. Trying to DO SOMETHING, or come up with some kind of working solution, visiting the office of your Member of Congress or a Senator, writing a Letter to the Editor, reorganizing local TEA Party group, etc. etc. offers some kind of real hope. Misinformation is just that. It CANNOT supply any meaningful hope.

I cannot help it if this email is not in line with what some anonymous source on the Internet claims. Perhaps a reevaluation of that anonymous source, and any others affiliated with that anonymous source is in order here.

The PACER Service Center provides internet access to whatever federal civil, criminal, bankruptcy and appellate case records the courts make available online. We do not maintain a “database” of sealed records, and unfortunately, we have no filter to be able to search for cases or documents by keyword such as “sealed.”

When a record is sealed by a court, they court does not provide online access to that document, and sometimes they will not even reference the document on the Docket Report for the case in which it is filed. (Emphasis added)

Any questions regarding sealed documents should be directed to each individual court. You will find court contact information using the map we provide at https://www.pacer.gov/map.html.
