I have heard POTUS say they will replace Obamacare with something far better. It's gonna be great. Like Q said, has POTUS ever said anything that hasn't been true? This would fit into the leverage/control goal you are pointing out. If healthcare/cures could be applied, this too would eliminate much control/leverage. Nice.
